Terms and conditions

• Purchases must be made exclusively at Central i-City Shopping Centre.
• Customers who spend a minimum of RM50 in a maximum of two (2) receipts are entitled to two (2) hours of free parking.
• Each vehicle is entitled to one (1) redemption per entry, based on the amount spent.
• Redemption is not applicable on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
• Redemption is only applicable for cars.
• Redemption is not exchangeable for cash or resale.
• Redemption is valid for one (1) car only.
• Receipts must be redeemed on the same day of purchase.
• Only original receipts are accepted; duplicates or photocopies will not be valid.
• Receipts from IQOS, temporary stalls, pushcarts, bill payments (e.g., credit card, bank transactions, fees, and charges), services, utilities (e.g., gas, electricity, phone), and reload services are excluded from this redemption.
• Central i-City reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
• Central i-City reserves the right to withhold or decline any redemption deemed suspicious until verification is completed.
• Central i-City reserves the right to substitute the redemption with another item of similar value when necessary.
• All decisions by Central i-City are final, and no correspondence will be entertained.
